We want you to be completely satisfied with your Matiere Premiere purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused beauty products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original box. Ensure all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
